Staging makes your house look bigger, brighter, cleaner, warmer, more loving and, best of all, it makes home renters/buyers want to buy it. Instantly increasing that coin!
This includes my magic touch:
- Arrange sparse pieces of furniture in an appealing grouping known as a vignette
- Showcase a generous usage of soft fabrics such as silk, lambswool, satin
- Display unusual knickknacks in units of 1, 3 or 5
- Drape window coverings with simple lines
- Add unique elements to shelving, bookcases and fireplace mantels, which draw attention to predetermined areas

During our 30min to 1hr session, I'll sit down with you and get to know a bit about how you live your life. I'll ask fact finding as well as "newsy" conversational questions like;
- "How long have you been in your space?"
- "Do you have tiny hoomans/ fur babies?"
- "What's your budget?"
This is also a good time for you to ask me questions and gtk me a bit.
You'll receive an invoice for the Meet-Up, to be paid at meeting's end.

Step 3: Go-See (Consultation)

You’ve started your journey. Take the next step.
I'll visit you in your space to gather more information and make sure we get the perfect decor for you. Once I’ve gathered all the details on your wants, needs and more, we’ll select together your ideal look. This 1-2hr sesh kicks off our successful and blissful partnership.
Here’s some of what you can expect when you meet with me:
- Budget discussion (not slick- but vital)
- Design preference
- Function(s) of ur space
- Style & function quiz (helps me help you).
- Contract draft/ signing
- Measuring... lots and lots of measuring
- What goes & what stays
You'll receive an invoice for the Go-See, to be paid at meeting's end.
Cost & Timescale
Most appointments take approx. 1 hr 45 mins - 2 hrs.
Larger homes/ spaces can be longer...
Smaller homes/ spaces can be shorter...
... it all depends on thescale/ scope of your home/ space.
Here's How That Could Go:
Say you have 5-7 rooms you're thinking about getting done. This can take approx. 2 - 4 hours (depending on the size of each room), making costs about $200-$400.

Soft Staging
(price listed is per totalsquare foot)
Soft staging has the same concept as traditional home staging but without the furniture. I bring in artwork and accessories that compliment the home to make it feel warm and inviting. There are many benefits to soft staging, like helping a property stand out from the competition, and it is especially helpful for empty homes on the market.

As a home stager, my job is about bringing out a home's best vibes and making it more desirable to buyers.

When a home gets stuck on the market for a long time, it’s often due to buyers not being able to connect with the home. Seemingly small things to the current homeowner (needed repairs, bold colors on the walls, family photos, even furniture arrangement) can throw buyers for a loop.
Home staging keeps the buyers’ focus where it should be: on the assets of the home.

Home Decorating

Any place you spend time in directly affects your well being. The place along with its interiors affects what you think, how you feel, what you do, how you interact with people, how motivated you are and a million other aspects of your daily life. This makes the interior decor and structure of your home or office extremely critical to your well being.
I'll work with furniture, “soft” furnishings such as fabrics and rugs, accessories and colors to decorate your home, and create a detailed plan for how the interior space should be decorated. This includes:
- Paint or wallpaper (including related supplies)
- Fabric (including related supplies)
- Color schemes

- Lighting
- Window and floor coverings

Virtual Traditional Staging
I'll show you what to do to help buyers see your home’s true potential. I provide advice on how to bring out its best features and what unnecessary distractions should be removed, much of which will be simple fixes and projects.
It’s more vital than ever that your home make a strong first impression. I'll show you how to “wow” buyers as soon as they step through the door!
How It Works
First, I find out exactly what your needs are for the space and gather any parameters of the room, including dimensions and elevations if necessary. After that, we'll discuss you & your family’s needs to create a personalized plan for your project.
Customized packages can include:
- Mood boards with photos
- Detailed floor plan and furniture arrangement
- Decor selections including furniture, paint, flooring, fabric, accessories, etc
- A list of sources where you can find each element (you can purchase the exact pieces or comparison shop).

Virtual Home Decorating

Virtual Home Decorating is for you if:
- You don't want to waste your weekend shopping or searching Pinterest.
- You have no idea what to do or where to start. You just want a plan that you can easily follow!
- You want your friends to come over & drool over your decor.You live outside of our service area but would love Details to create your dream room!
- You want to complete your room on your own but you need a plan!
- Details Full Service Design isn't in your budget.
We'll vid chat so I can learn how you live & your vibe. I'll give direction, ask you to upload pics & fill out a quick questionnaire.
Once we have our Vid Consultation it's onto the Decorating Phase!

- Complete Specifications of all furnishings & decor that'll work for YOU
- Floor plans & Mood Boards (so you can picture the finished space & you'll KNOW everything will fit.
